Please keep in mind that all newly submitted complaints are being thoroughly checked during the review process for complying with AGCCS Guidelines and Terms. If your complaint failed to meet one or more of the AGCCS Guidelines and/or Terms then it means your case will be rejected by the AskGamblers Complaints Team and you will be notified by email for such a decision along with all the relevant reason for the rejection.
Kindly notice that in case the AskGamblers Complaints Team needs to clarify something in addition to what’s stated within the rejection message, you will be duly contacted and requested to provide more details and/or evidence.
